Terms and conditions
Conference participation fees includes admission to the conference sessions and refreshments during luncheons and breaks. An exhibition pass includes entrance to the exhibition floor and coffee/tea during coffee breaks. Synergy holds the right to alter this programme without prior notice. If you have registered but you are unable to attend, you may transfer your delegate registration to a colleague. Written cancellations received before 28 February 2010 are fully refundable. If we receive your cancellation after  28 February 2010, you will receive a conference voucher. This voucher offers you the opportunity to take part in any of the conferences and seminars arranged by Synergy for the same value within one year. Written cancellations should be sent to info@smartgrids-europe.com
